Concept: Rebuild a modern home for the Nash family after their second remodel was destroyed by the Marshall Fire in 2021.

The obstacles were great however with so many houses burned in the area.   An associate of Rosewood put them in touch with our team and the decision was made to rebuild - with a similar floor plan but even more modernized exterior designed by architect David Hueter of Fort Collins. The main level of the house was the most important to get figured out as it offers expansive views of the Front Range.

The project lasted around 18 months and a new ‘Phoenix’ rose from the ashes. “Rosewood offered a consistent commitment to us and that was key, " says Carrie Nash. Their experience was amazing and this is what we needed to get us through the project. They have a great attitude and work ethic.”

Today life is back to the new normal. Panaroma House V3  offers modern, clean, lines, with lots of light and the expansive views of mountains behind Boulder are incredible. Carrie and Todd are finally living the dream again…
