Where Historic Integrity Meets Modern Livability.
Rosewood Construction is undertaking a complete renovation of 1039 Mapleton Avenue, a contributing Queen Anne–style home in Boulder’s Mapleton Hill Historic District. Originally built between 1895–1896, the home features stained glass, carved trim, varied siding materials, and a distinctive tower added in the early 1900s.
This remodel enhances the home’s long-term durability, restores historic elements, and adds sensitive new living space in a way that aligns with Landmark Review Committee guidance.
